ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed on the Darshan Hardware store are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are generally dispatched within 7 days after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page or communicated separately.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping timelines provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Darshan Hardware does not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.

TRANSIT RESPONSIBILITY

  • Darshan Hardware’s responsibility ceases once the goods are handed over to the courier or carrier.

  • We are not responsible for any breakage, damage, shortage, loss, or delay during transit.

  • Any transit-related issues must be raised directly with the shipping carrier.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for items damaged or lost during transit.

  • Customers are advised to check the package condition at the time of delivery.

  • In case of visible damage, customers should refuse delivery or record the issue with the carrier immediately.

  • Darshan Hardware may assist with courier details if required but holds no liability for transit issues.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional charges such as local taxes, duties, or handling fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

  • Darshan Hardware is not responsible for delivery failure or loss due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS

  • Once an order is shipped, no return, exchange, or refund will be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Goods once dispatched will not be taken back.

JURISDICTION

All matters related to shipping shall be governed by Indian law and subject to Vadodara jurisdiction only.
